Right of withdrawal
Your right
If you buy Open Horyzn Founder as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you bought.
How to withdraw
Tell us that you withdraw, in a clear statement. An email is enough: office@open-horyzn.com. Please write from the email address you bought with, so we can find your purchase.

You can use the form below, but you don’t have to. You are in time if you send your message before the 14 days are over.
What happens then
We pay back everything you paid, without delay and at the latest 14 days after your message reaches us. The refund goes to the payment method you used and costs you nothing. Your account returns to Go.
